New Online Banking & App Coming Soon

PS Bank will soon launch its new digital banking experience. With this technology upgrade, customers will experience online banking, mobile banking, and bill pay in a whole new way.

We've been working hard to bring you an improved banking experience. With the implementation of a new online banking platform and an improved app, you can expect:

• Seamless transactions between your PS Bank accounts and loans
• Enhanced debit and credit card management tools
• Better Bill Pay system with faster, often same-day, transactions
•  Improved merchant integrations
• Personal finance manager
• Credit monitoring
• Exceptional security features

Our transition to the new platform will result in brief outages for some users.

To assist you in troubleshooting any problems you may encounter, our Customer Care Team and our branch personnel are prepared to help in any way.

As a PS Bank customer, please expect the following:

• Online banking will still be accessible from the same place on our website. However, it will take you to a new interface to log in.
• Whether using Apple or Samsung devices, all customers will need to download the new PS Bank app from the appropriate app store.
• The Bill Pay interface will also have a new look and all customers will begin using the new system
