The Credit Analyst II provides credit analysis for the Bank’s lending activities and works with the Senior Credit Officer to ensure that sound judgements are made with regard to the creditworthiness of prospective and current borrowers.  This position supports the daily duties of underwriting and monitoring credit while performing analytical activities and identifying risks.

The Loan Processor manages the processing of mortgage, home equity, and consumer loan applications and documentation. They ensure compliance with regulations, collect and verify necessary information for loan underwriting, and prepare closing documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review new loan files, ensuring all required documentation is obtained per lender and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare RESPA documents such as disclosures, verification forms, and acknowledgements, adhering to legal timelines.
• Assist branch network with RESPA and loan closing document queries.
• Keep customer contact personnel informed of policy and regulatory changes affecting loan services.
• Provide credit reports to customer service personnel for prospective borrowers.
• Assist in loan application processing, compiling necessary data as instructed.
• Support in generating loan reports and preparing various loan-related correspondence.
• Calculate estimated loan payments using origination systems.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Conduct research as needed for management or regulatory inquiries.
• Adhere to government, regulatory, and Bank policies and procedures.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferably, previous experience in mortgage, home equity, or consumer loans.
