The Credit Analyst provides credit analysis for the Bank’s lending activities and works with the Senior Credit Officer to ensure that sound judgements are made with regard to the creditworthiness of prospective and current borrowers.  This position supports the daily duties of underwriting and monitoring credit while performing analytical activities and identifying risks.

The Deposit Operations Representative I handles various deposit account transactions and supports the deposit operations function. This role ensures accurate recordkeeping, manages account maintenance, and assists with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage demand deposits, savings, CDs, and IRAs.
  • Prepare, file, and mail deposit account statements.
  • Verify account information and maintain accurate records.
  • Balance and reconcile deposit accounts.
  • Handle overdrafts, stop payments, and payment decisions for insufficient funds.
  • Process and deliver mail and supplies between offices.
  • Assist with equipment maintenance and report issues.
  • Respond to inquiries from bank personnel and customers.
  • Compile reports and support the deposit operations department.
  • Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of deposit products, banking policies, and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.

The IT Help Desk Technician provides support for troubleshooting, installing, configuring, and integrating applications and technologies used throughout the bank. This role ensures smooth operation of Microsoft Office products and other bank-specific systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure new hardware and software.
  • Manage user accounts, including adding, removing, updating, and resetting passwords.
  • Respond to tech inquiries via email, chat, phone, or in person.
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues and assist employees with system-related questions.
  • Document system configurations and troubleshoot reported problems.
  • Tune system performance and monitor network infrastructure.
  • Replace failed hardware, support network devices (e.g., printers, scanners), and manage communication platforms.
  • Train users, analyze system logs for potential issues, and apply OS updates and patches.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated interest in technology support; technical school or college courses are a plus.
  • Aptitude for troubleshooting and configuring hardware and software.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple tasks.

Join our team as a Junior Loan Processor at PS Bank, where you'll play a crucial role in handling mortgage, home equity, and consumer loan applications. In this position, you'll be responsible for processing loan applications, verifying information, and preparing documents for closing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process new loan files, ensuring compliance with laws and Bank policies.
  • Prepare and manage required disclosures and documentation under the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA).
  • Forward necessary documents to customers and lenders within legal timeframes.
  • Assist with inquiries regarding RESPA and mortgage loan closing documents.
  • Review credit reports and income documentation to aid in loan qualification.
  • Support the mortgage team and assist with loan application processing tasks.
  • Prepare various loan reports, commitment letters, and calculate estimated payments.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and research information for management.

Education & Experience:

  • College degree required
