The Branch Manager III is responsible for the overall management of daily branch operations, customer relationship building, service and portfolio growth of the branch with total loans and deposits over $30 million.  This position provides leadership and training, promotes a sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation.  The Branch Manager III ensures delivery of quality customer service, branch profitability and achievement of sales goals while adhering to compliance and operational procedures as well as applicable regulatory standards, requirements and policies.  This position maintains a positive public image and an understanding of the industry trends to offer a full range of consumer and small business products and services.

The Customer Care Associate maintains and strengthens Bank customer relationships by delivering an excellent experience to customers contacting the Bank’s phone center.  This position answers customers’ telephone calls promptly and professionally, transfers calls to appropriate Bank employees or departments, identifies and resolves service issues and recognizes opportunities to make referrals to the appropriate department.  As the primary telephone contact, the Customer Care Associate demonstrates a high proficiency in teller functions, product and service knowledge, and debit card and digital banking services in order to provide quick and effective solutions to customers.

PS Bank is currently searching for an experienced IT professional to help manage and maintain a growing community bank IT environment across multiple locations. This position offers career level opportunities as the bank continues to grow and expand.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Planning and implementation for new systems and solutions.
  • Presenting and interacting with various levels of management including the board of directors.
  • IT, GLBA, and cybersecurity related policies and procedures.
  • Maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
  • Monitor and maintain all IT systems including core banking system, email, databases (Oracle/SQL), file/print services, DVR camera systems, Bank wide WAN and LANs, system backups, antivirus, internet and intranet.
  • Manage VOIP system.
  • Install software updates and patches on all applications and hardware as needed.
  • Maintain appropriate maintenance contracts and upgrade hardware as needed.
  • Provide expertise and knowledge of Information Security and Privacy Regulations.
  • Provide/arrange IT training for all levels of employees at the bank.
  • Supervise assigned personnel.

Qualified applicants should have:

  • Minimum 5 years IT leadership
  • BS degree in relevant field of study
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work closely in a team-based setting
  • Experience in Microsoft HyperV server environments a plus
  • Experience in Fiserv bank core systems a plus
