We're looking for a Branch Manager I to oversee the daily operations of one of our branches, with responsibility for managing customer relationships, growing loan and deposit portfolios, and creating an environment of success.

As Branch Manager, you’ll:

• Lead and inspire a team, helping them succeed through coaching and training.
• Foster a customer-first culture, ensuring every client receives top-notch service and has access to the products they need.
• Drive growth, including loans and deposits (up to $15 million), while meeting branch goals and financial targets.
• Promote a positive and professional image of the branch to the community, staying informed about industry trends and offering a full range of deposit and loan services.
• Ensure that the branch operates smoothly and in compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

The Credit Analyst I provides credit analysis for the Bank’s lending activities and works with the Senior Credit Officer to ensure that sound judgements are made with regard to the creditworthiness of prospective and current borrowers. The IT Help Desk Technician supports bank employees by installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and banking applications, including Microsoft Office. This role responds to technical requests, resolves system, network, and device issues, works with vendors and internal teams, and ensures reliable day-to-day technology operations through documentation, updates, and user training.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and aptitude in technology support (experience or coursework a plus)

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Clear communicator with a patient, customer-focused approach

• Commitment to learning and providing excellent service
